In order to clarify how we do business, please review the following. We wish to provide you with the best experience possible. We believe the best way to take care of the "business part" is to agree ahead of time. Rental Policies:

Reservations may be made by phone or email and will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.
 
*
50% deposit is required within seven days of verbal booking. Personal check or money order accepted.
 
*
Balance of rental fee plus $200.00 security deposit is due two weeks prior to arrival.
 
*
Security deposit will be refunded within seven days of departure (providing there are no damages).
 
*
Check - in 4 pm
 
*
Check - out 11 am
 
*
Minimum two night stay - exception - after May 31st, minimum three night stay on holiday weekends.
 
*
Base Rental Rate covers 1 - 6 guests; additional charge of $15.00 / person / night for up to 8 guests.
 
*
Rental Rate does not include 3% local occupancy tax or 6% PA sales tax.
 
*
Cleaning fee is included in rental rate. In the event extensive cleaning is required, a fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

We welcome well behaved dogs at Sunshine Acres. Once we approve of your pet, we do require a $25.00 pet fee for the duration of your stay. This policy is in effect only as long as we have good experiences with pets. Policy is subject to change.

Refund Policy:
Written cancellation via US mail or email must be received at least one month in advance for a refund of your deposit. While we understand that emergency cancellations may occur, it is very difficult for us to book cancelled space on short notice. Weather extremes will be considered on an individual basis.

We have beds for ten! Reservations for more than six, please add $15. per additional person per night. Kids under the age of five stay free.
  Pet fee - upon prior approval - $25.00 per dog.
